Book Binding

Yesterday we arranged a book binding workshop with professional book binder Cecilia Levy in the local library .. what a trip! And the little notebook I made came out so nice! Now I just need a superpen to start superdrawing in my superyellow book. 

Old friends

I found Mr Green and Ms Mauve in my closet the other day, old friends from the past that were born in Milan while studying at the Marionette company Marionette Carlo Colla i Figli. Hello again little friends!

Cecilia Levy

Today was the opening of the exhibition of Cecilia Levy at Sigtunastiftelsen. We put up the exhibition tuesday which was a thrill and today was a big day with plenty of visitors. Very happy we could show her exquisite art, an amazing way of transforming books. You must must must go look... if not in real life at least her blog. Tuesday is her workshop. Can´t wait.

Favourite ceramic

Morning coffee in my favourite mug from Sintra i Gothenburg, one of the best handicraft shops in Sweden. The mug is made by Christina Roos who makes BEAUTIFUL ceramics. Go look. I discovered that I missed her exhibition in Luleå last year ... hopefully there will be new chances.

Just some pics from the arty inside of the Opera house. Wish I could have photographed the golden bathrooms but it was too dark, darn. 

Easter Egg Pinata

This is an easy-egg-surprise-giveaway-present, especially for families like mine, that have difficulties saving candy for the right day ... this way it is unable to open until you hit it with the knife.

I used normal wall paper glue (papier macher) and dried it over night. To make it stand up I pushed it down when dried and put on another layer of paper. Tadaa!

Outstanding Oslo Opera

We spent the weekend at some friends in Oslo - Norway and the have an oustandingly cool operahouse with a complete witty architecture and tons and tons of white marble. No entry for skateboarders, I wonder why, must be a dream.
